Sash Window Upgrades at Whitby

Upgraded Sash Windows

We upgraded and double-glazed the windows at the above Victorian house in Whitby, North Yorkshire.  Accoya® timber was used to craft new sashes and frames.  We always recommend Accoya® because is a dimensionally stable wood with outstanding durability – and guaranteed for 50 years when used above ground.  Planitherm Total (Argon gas filled) sealed units were used to double glaze the sashes.

Our customer provided the images of the classic ‘six over six’ Georgian sash windows above.  We would like to extend our thanks and appreciation for the photographs.

New Workshop Premises

We are currently looking for new workshop premises in the wider Malton area and exploring various options.  Our continual focus on quality and customer care has helped grow our business.  Consequently, we are now outgrowing our current joiners’ workshop.

Given that our business operation covers the York and Harrogate areas to the west and the Scarborough and Whitby areas to the east, we have decided to remain in the Malton area – it makes good business sense to locate our new workshop as centrally as possible.
